What we answer, and how fast

Corrections. Ahead of everything else. If a specification here is wrong, a calculation does not add up, or a claim is not supported by the source we cited, tell us and point at the evidence. We will check it, fix the page, and log the change on the editorial policy page with the date.

Questions about a calculation. Happily. Every refill interval on this site is a division you can check, and the method is published in full including the one assumption we had to make. If you think the assumption is wrong, that is a useful conversation.

Product questions. We will answer what the published specifications support and say so where they do not. What we cannot do is tell you how a product performed for us, because we have not used it.

Press and partnership. Yes, subject to the disclosure rules. We do not accept sponsored placements, free products in exchange for coverage, or paid positions in a ranking, so please do not lead with those.

What we cannot help with

Diagnosing a specific sick plant from a description. We are not qualified to do that and would only be guessing. What we can point you at is the diagnostic table, which is built from published extension guidance and will get you further than we could.

Order problems, returns and shipping. We are not a retailer and we do not see your order - buy links go to Amazon and their customer service handles all of it.
